Social Worker

Since childhood, I knew I wanted to pursue a profession in which I could help others. After graduating WITS/Maalot, I attended the University of Maryland School of Social Work. I began my career in the field of addiction and assisted individuals with their opioid use. With a desire to be more involved in the Jewish community, I then worked at the JCC where I developed programs for the community and assisted teens at risk towards reaching academic and emotional goals. After several years, I chose to pursue my true passion: clinical work in a therapeutic setting. I accepted a position at Jewish Community Services as a therapist and work with individuals, couples, families and groups. I am fortunate to have opened a private practice several months ago, Radzyner Counseling Services (www.radzynercounseling.com), where I serve as a therapist for women and couples. I strive to build a trusting, therapeutic relationship with my clients; I support them towards symptom improvement, relationship growth and exploring personal goals. In addition, I supervise master’s level social workers and mentor them as they reflect on their work and pursue their professional goals. I truly thank Hashem for allowing me to work in a career that brings me so much personal and professional fulfillment each and every day.

I feel so lucky that I was able to begin my career at WITS/Maalot among like-minded friends. I have learned so much from the incredible Rabbanim and teachers. What a gift to acquire such a strong foundation as I embarked on my professional journey.
