Covid-Related Refund Information

In the event that the seminary does not open, students will receive a full refund of ISAP tuition and fees. Students will not receive a refund on their application fee. 

 

If the seminary opens late: If the seminary provides sufficient academic instruction to receive the full 30 credits, students will not receive a refund of ISAP tuition or fees. If the seminary does not plan to provide sufficient instruction, the student will be removed from the ISAP program and given a full refund of ISAP tuition and fees.

 

If the seminary ends early and provides sufficient academic instruction to receive the full 30 credits, students will not receive a refund of ISAP tuition or fees. If the seminary does not provide sufficient academic instruction, WITS will provide the additional instruction to ensure students can receive the full credits. There will be no full or partial refunds.

 

If the seminary only offers one semester of study: student will pay prorated ISAP tuition and fees (half).

 

Students pay room and board fees directly to the seminary. Students should contact the seminaries directly to find out their refund and prorated fee policy.
