Career Mentorship Program

The Career Mentorship Program at WITS seeks to connect students and alumnae in ways that help prepare students for success in their careers. This program is designed to provide students with opportunities to network with professionals, enhance career readiness skills, and gain insight into their field of interest.

PROGRAM GOALS:

1) To enhance the learning of active students via exposure to the professional world and industry knowledge;

2) To share education, wisdom, life, and career experiences of successful alumnae with active WITS students; and

3) To grow the WITS alumnae network.

Deadline to apply for the Spring 2023 Program is Nov 30, 2022.

Gain access to a professional support system and exposure to differing perspectives on navigating a chosen career/industry.

Program Requirements

The mentorship period is a one semester commitment. The mentor and mentee are required to meet at least three times during the semester. Meetings can be in-person, via telephone, or by other virtual means.
