Career Mentorship Program

The Career Mentorship Program gives students real-world perspectives from women in their field, preparing them for long-term success. As part of the program, you will be paired with a mentor who will provide guidance, advice, and support to help you navigate both your academic journey and career planning. Mentors will share insights on trends in your field, offer professional development tips, and help build meaningful connections in the field which can lead to internship and job opportunities.

PROGRAM GOALS:

1) To enhance the learning of active students via exposure to the professional world and industry knowledge;

2) To share education, wisdom, life, and career experiences of successful alumnae with active WITS students; and

3) To grow the WITS alumnae network.
