Located in the heart of Baltimore’s Jewish community and accredited by the Maryland Higher Education Committee, our graphic design program provides a dynamic, year-long experience with both live classes and online flexibility. Students benefit from collaborative group work, real client projects, and internships, along with financial aid, offering a rich learning experience unlike purely online programs. Our class schedule aligns with college semesters, including two evening classes and one afternoon class per semester.

The total cost for the Graphic Design Certificate is $4,990. $167/credit total of 25 credits. $4,175. $50 lab fee per course (9 courses) $450. $125 registration and tech fee per semester = $365 (discounted) Financial Aid At WITS, we will work with you to make education affordable. MRS. GOLDIE SILBERBERG
Program Coordinator and Instructor
Mrs. Goldie Silberberg has 20 years of experience as a freelance graphic designer and fine artist, with extensive expertise in digital art and design. She has been using the Adobe Suite since its inception, applying her skills in both design and marketing projects. Mrs. Silberberg created the Graphic Design Certificate program at WITS, drawing on her comprehensive industry and educational knowledge.
Since 2012, she has taught graphic design at the college level, blending her practical experience with her teaching expertise. Mrs. Silberberg graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) with a degree in Fine Art and Graphic Design.
MRS. YOCHEVED GLASER
Designer, Illustrator, Instructor
Mrs. Yocheved Glaser has a strong background in graphic design, with expertise in foundational design principles, typography, and visual communication. She has worked on a wide range of design projects, created commissioned art pieces, and developed animated shorts for presentations. Her work spans fine art, illustration, and graphic design, always with an emphasis on effective and creative visual storytelling.
For many years, Mrs. Glaser has been teaching graphic design, beginning with tutoring while still a student, and later continuing her teaching career at WITS after moving to the U.S. She began her education at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) and later completed the Maalot Yerushalayim Graphics Program.
MRS. MALKA POLLACK
Web Designer & Instructor
Mrs. Malka Pollack teaches print and web design at WITS, where she mentors aspiring designers and shares her extensive industry experience. She has also served as a web administrator since 2011, managing and optimizing websites, as well as freelance graphic design and website work. Currently, she is the Director of Web Development and IT Strategy at a full-service advertising and marketing agency, leading a team in developing websites that seamlessly integrate with branding, social media, and marketing strategies. With expertise in design, coding, SEO, and UI/UX, she excels at solving complex digital challenges.
Mrs. Pollack earned a degree in Desktop & Web Publishing from Touro College, further enhancing her skills in both design and technology.
